The on-site Bistro serves food and drinks, with takeaway options available and a menu that includes pizza and Sunday lunch. Each lodge offers private bathrooms, a refrigerator, shower, kitchenware, and a toaster, with TVs in both bedrooms and living areas. Larger lodges include a dishwasher, oven, and stovetop, and some feature walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. Newton Brook Elegance and Pemberley Watersedge lodges provide spacious decking with seating, and the Newton Brook has a balcony.

The retreat is 3.6 km from Oldfield Park Train Station and 5 km from Bath Abbey, Royal Crescent, and The Circus Bath. A bus stop at the entrance (routes 5 or 5A) takes guests into Bath city centre in about 10 minutes, with a park-and-ride a short drive away. Bristol Airport is 26 km from the property, making it accessible for regional and international travel.

The on-site Bistro provides a menu that includes pizza, Sunday lunch, and other dishes, with staff noted for friendly service. Takeaway from the restaurant is available for guests who prefer to eat in their lodge. The Bistro has seating both indoors and in an outdoor garden area beside the stream.

Pet-friendly lodges are available for an additional £50 fee per stay, and each pet receives a welcome pack containing poo bags, a toy, and a collapsible bowl. Certain lodges feature a gate on the decking to contain pets, though not all have this facility. Guests are advised that dogs should not be left unattended on the decking without a gate.
